This is maybe my second favourite tapas place in Melbourne. Tucked away down a laneway, this place is very Melbourne. The menu is great to pick out a few things and share around and the wine list is very extensive. The waiters are also very knowledgeable about wines if you are hard pressed on what to pick. The meatballs and the churros are a very guilty pleasure of mine.
It is a very small place, with some tiny tables upstairs for a more intimate setting. The sangria is delicious and the menu offers a range of great tapas options as well as some main meals. I would, however, recommend booking on a Friday or Saturday night as the place tends to pull a huge crowd – despite its hard to find location.
